Cooks Night Out

Thurmond Smithgall is the chef, with Joan Darby, Olivia Nicholas and Robin Wilder as helpers. The menu is turkey mole Norte Americano, served with rice and condiments of chopped cilantro, crème fraiche, toasted almonds and fresh orange segments, and chips and salsa on the tables. As always, hot dogs and hamburgers for the kids.
