Visiting KYC

Kollegewidgwok YC is a seasonal yacht club on the scenic coast of Blue Hill, in Downeast Maine.
We are open from mid-June through early-September.

  • We offer visiting sailors guest moorings, fuel, ice, water, outdoor shower, Wi-Fi, and a trash receptacle.

  • We monitor channel 9 during business hours, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 7 days a week.‍

  • Moorings are first come, first serve. Please call ahead for availability

  • Fuel and water are available at the dock. Ice can be purchased at the club store.


  • The dumpster for all trash is located in the club parking area. 
The recycling is located next to the dumpster.


  • Guest facilities are $55 per night, per boat and are to be used at your own risk.

Transportation
There is no commercial transportation from the club to town.

To reach town and all locations below, turn left at the top of the KYC driveway.

  • 1.85 miles to the center of town where you will find Bar Harbor Bank and Trust, Blue Hill Town Office, Blue Hill Historical Society.

  • 1.95 Miles to Camden National Bank

  • 2.4 Miles to the Co-op Market, Walgreens Pharmacy and Hannaford Supermarket (at the top of Tenney Hill at the intersection of Routes 15 and 172)

  • 2.9 miles to the Osgood Trailhead for Blue Hill Mountain
